What You'll Be Doing

As a Packaging Operator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of Bralirwa's production operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring Safety & Quality: Working within established safety and food safety standards, including 5S, Housekeeping, and HACCP protocols
  • Quality Control: Conducting thorough quality checks on packaging machines according to company standards
  • Continuous Improvement: Participating in improvement teams and applying problem-solving tools to enhance operations
  • Process Management: Executing packaging operations and managing documentation for your work area
  • Equipment Operation: Operating packaging machines with precision and care

    Who We're Looking For

    The ideal candidate brings both education and enthusiasm to the role:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electro-mechanical Engineering, or related field
    • Experience: At least 1 year in electro-mechanical engineering (beverage/maintenance operations experience preferred; shop floor experience is a plus)
    • Language Skills: Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English
